This seems expensive and still have to pay $149 plus tax especially since this is now a year old model

Not worth it honestly. It's already an older generation, 7 and 8 has almost no differences except design

I got the watch 7 when there was a trade in with code for like $50. When will those deals come back? I like the step counting and sleep tracking. I know the pixel watch is much better but at these prices it is just not worth it. Also the new watch is not better except being newer.

mine with work discount was $91.99 which is still more then I want to pay. Have to trade in either a watch 7 or watch ultra.

Not to forget this is 4G LTE version. Regular is still cheaper at 99.

4G LTE feels useless. I have it on my Watch 7 (40mm) and when active it'll drain the battery within 2 hours. Short battery life is already a problem with the Galaxy watches IMO.

The image Samsung is using lately for their watch doesn't make me want to buy one. The watch face they choose to use is boring as hell.

I use a 8 classic. Great heavy duty watch. Also have a new 7 that I only turn on to update. Will probably wait for a decent deal on new Ultra with trade in. Enjoy

watch 7 bands do not fit watch 8.
thats the reason im not considering this trade in deal. i have too many bands for watch 7 Smilie

Still rocking the 6 classic. I guess it's only worth $50 for trade in. No thanks on the 8 i guess, I'll just stick with the GW6C
