According to amazon: "The wegear Nano Phone Charger, 2-Pack 45W product page lists ETL, FCC, and UL certifications but does not explicitly state NRTL (Nationally Recognized Testing Laboratory) certification.
However, ETL certification is issued by Intertek, which is an OSHA-recognized NRTL. So while the product doesn't say "NRTL" directly, the ETL certification indicates it has been tested by a nationally recognized laboratory to US/Canadian safety standards."
