This seemed like an okay deal. (An okay deal to me means ten or twenty on my shelf to last some number of years.)
But the price is not really great. And I can easily and quickly slice up my homemade bread, which is much denser than most store bread. And add chicken bullion for flavor. If I am making stuffing, one or two minutes in prep may be about the same as deciding, ordering, and storing this pre-made wheat product.
