It's not really that great. Main ingredient is Milk Protein Concentrate instead of pure Isolate, plus it contains Sodium Hexametaphosphate, Sucralose and Carrageenan, which are entirely unnecessary. The cleaner Whey Isolate mixes don't contain these things, and for legitimate reasons.

Great deal on a known brand with this much protein. At ~$2 a bottle, that's half of what many others charge for their high protein versions. This may be less creamy/rich tasting than some, I'll admit. But it still tastes good (and I don't mean just "good enough"); it's great way to bump up your protein intake on the go. This is the third time to my knowledge this deal has come around, and I'm stocking up (yet again) because I'm interpreting these sales as ON's push into this high protein market segment as a late entrant. Doubt they'll keep up the approach forever.

Everybody's taste varies, but for me, this is a very nice/rich chocolate flavor compared to the many others I currently drink. Plus, I have had good success with the Optimum Nutrition brand over the years.
