Deal on their website is better IMO. 40% off and it's sitewide. Free shipping minimum is $100 but easy to reach.

I can't tell the difference between my old Corelle plates and the Ikea glass plates, except that the Ikea ones cost a buck each.https://www.ikea.com/us/en/p/ofta...-30258913/
It's a nice lightweight plate, at least until it shatters. It's also my daily driver.

I ordered 6 bowls. I bought service for 12 (forgot the pattern) about 40 years ago. It's not frost white, but just has a stripe around the edge. Over the years, a few bowls and salad plates were broken, well shattered is more like it.
Every time I see deals on dinnerware, I hear my mother in my head telling me to only buy plates with patterns around the edge. Her reasoning? Once you put food on the plate, it will cover up the decoration.

FYI, they are NOT chip resistant. I have two separate sets and the plates and butter plates chip.

The Corelle website is definitely the best place for deals. Sign up for their emails and you will get sale notifications. In June they had 50% off sitewide and free shipping on $49. Expect a similar deal for Black Friday (if you can wait).

Do not use with waffles, I've had two spontaneously combust. Something to do with the syrup and temperature idk.

Odd that TunaNugget's post doesn't show up for me. Glad you responded to him, so I still get to see the post. I didn't know about the IKEA plates.
