I wonder who makes these for Craftsman? Stanley Black & Decker has owned Craftsman for the last decade and makes the hand tools however Sears maintains the rights to still sell Craftsman so are these made by the same manufacturer as the Craftsman at Lowe's?

Apex has been bought and sold so many times in the last decade or so the name has lost most of the value with me. One of the reasons I don't purchase Gearwrench any longer.

Before buying, make sure to read about the different versions of these wrenches. I prefer angled head fixed as in tight spaces, the straight head that these have wont work. Angeled head also adds a complication which they have to be reversible, where as for these you turn the wrench around.
