Quaker Oats has a lot more added sugar than some other oatmeal brands, but the kids like this stuff.

Love the texture of steel cut oats over regular oats. Plain + a glop of creamy peanut butter and a cut up banana is an awesome breakfast.

I'm not a kid and like this stuff. Thankfully I'm active and healthy so I can enjoy convenient breakfasts like this without having to obsess over sugar.

Just sift out the sugar or a chunk of it out with a strainer
