Why do you believe they fail? It seems they use Asus, AsROCK boards, Asus GPUs, Teamgroup RAM, etc.

Sorry to hear. I had gotten into a similar trap on Amazon once: jumped on a deal too quick before realizing it was a 3rd party scammer.
