As a shampoo, it's pretty gentle while still being effective...and IMO this stuff smells AMAZING w/out being perfumey.
The hair aspect is straight bullsh, though.
On the other hand, Nizoral is supposed to actually do something, but uses the exact same fragrance as my dog's shampoo.
Currently I use neither, but I'll probably pull the last of my Pura d'or out of the cupboard now that I remember the scent.
