I thought I wasn't eligible, but then figured it out. Steps:

  1. Go to Audible.com
  2. Sign into your account
  3. Hover over the 'Hi Name!' in the top right of the header.
  4. Click 'Enter promo code'
  5. Enter this code: WOH21DW8

Just some advice- if you cancel Audible with credits they trash them.
