Perhaps one day technology will advance to the level where one could use a "zoom" type feature and read that they are standard 125mL (4.227 oz) pouches. But until that day, we'll just have to rely on asking strangers.

While some of the items would definitely be useful in an emergency, it looks like it has about 30 band-aids to push the number of items to 93. What's missing is a roll of medical tape to hold all of the gauze pads in place. Would be a good idea to add one to the kit if you buy it. Ditto a knife or scissors.

I would consider this okay, but you're better off building your own kit. Actually watch some YouTube videos of shtf kits. Minus a firearm, everyone can build a good kit. But having a firearm is good also for shtf.
