edit: I just logged back in today as some people suggested and still nothing. I'm guessing this promotion is very regional.
Update: Now working fine 2 days later.

Perhaps you can try log back in today to see if it works? The app does make it a bit tricky to find the coupon.
edit: It is working, but you still can't find it in the Rewards section. It needs to be added right before you finalize payment.
