I'm all for good advice but paying almost 60% more (and larger) for an item seems silly. That's like going up to someone with a Honda coupe and saying "shouldve gotten a BMW Sedan".

I'd personally go with a slight downgrade of a C5 if you can find one 20% cheaper than a C6 (it's gone $1000 + soundbar before in the past) and it does fine in bright rooms.

Higher based on what? The C6H is objectively the better TV, and pricing is the only reason to consider the C5 instead.

My 65in C5cxpua took a power spike ( not on the Ups ) runs for 20min or less and crashes and cycles. I pulled the processor and put new heat paste...no luck might get LG 65" Class - OLED AI B6E Series - 4K Smart TV - Allstate 3-Year Protection Plan Bundle Included For 5 Years of Total Costco. Thoughts ..only watch at night 1hr not gamer just stream?

My 65C1 needed a new panel about 8 months after the warranty expired. LG sent a tech out to install new panel for free even tho it was out of warranty. No problems ever since. About 10,000 hours on the new panel

The C5 and C6 panel are going to be the same, ignoring the C6H. Also, the 77" is significantly bigger on top of being significantly brighter. I could not imagine ever buying a 65", again.
