Incidentally, I bought this exact deal last year from Meh and thought the product was total crap. It's a pain to clean and the cold brew it produces pales in comparison with actual cold brew steeped in a jar for 12-18 hrs. I donated mine to Goodwill.

No place on counter for another toy, will stick to my overnight 2q maker, gets me a whole week of 1 cup a day.
French press grind
run for 45-60min
Good cold brew non concentrate.
If you use normal grind, its gonna be chalky due to the metal french press filter not being fine. And most think 15-30min is a very light tasting brew unless you are using a large amount of grinds.
In general I hate French press as they all seem too messy.
