I believe ITAD only shows list prices for historic lows. I don't think coupons would count, or at least not broadly available ones. For example - Fanatical gives a 5% discount code with every purchase. So shouldn't every price be 5% less? But then people would assume it is an extra 5% less with their coupon and then ITAD loses some credibility. I believe they usually show list price and (-10% with coupon code ________) while the discount is valid. Newegg is the only odd ball that I can think of be they will have discount codes for specific games on only the game's page. That becomes game specific and not a blanket 5-10% coupon code.
I realize this isn't about ITAD, but it is worth noting there is a chance this appears in a bundle at some point. While ITAD will show that in the bundle section, it does make a historic low hard to figure.
