I prefer vertical to regular mouse, got a decent JLab one from Dell with the Alienware Arena Friday Dell Rewards. But $13 is pretty good, too.

Any feedback, especially from users with small hands re: ergonomics?

Looks like almost an exact copy of the Logitech MX Vertical. I personally use a Logitech Lift at work, but I got small hands.

I use an MX Vertical at my work place with average size hands and find it comfortable to use however the gesture button is in an odd spot to hold down and use vs the MX Master. I think for general user this can work fine however being spoiled with the Logitech system having of BT and a gesture button would prevent me from using this at home.

I bought this in June and my hand size is borderline small/medium (according to Logitech [logitech.com], which interestingly recommends [logitech.com] the Lift for small-medium hands and MX Vertical for larger hands). I like the ergonomic feel, but don't care for the rubberized texture. Just be aware that it takes time to get used to vertical mice if you haven't used one before.

I bought two of these last time they were on the front page. One for work & home - and they're great! They do work best under a mousepad, fwiw.

mine just arrived, there is no side horizontal scroll, there's only one scroll wheel on the mouse that does traditional vertical scrolling. I get you can hold down shift and scroll sideways but this bullet point makes it seem like there's an entirely dedicated scroll wheel just for horizontal scrolling
  • Side scroll wheel enables horizontal navigation for documents and spreadsheets

That makes sense for work setups with multiple devices. Switching and gestures are easy to overlook until they are gone.

I'm not sure about this one, but I have a Lift and a ProtoArc. The lift is ok, but I much prefer the ProtoArc which you can normally pick up between $20-25. The ProtoArc is longer providing a sloped wrist rest.
