They are actually the same Ninja French Door family, but the Walmart one is the older/less-equipped FO100 version, while the Costco one is the newer FO101 Premier version. The Costco model is the better machine overall

2. Larger air-fry basket
FO100 = 4 qt
FO101 = 5 qt
That's a worthwhile difference if you're cooking for 3–5 people.
3. Two extra cooking modes
FO101 adds:
Reheat
Dehydrate
So it's genuinely a 10-in-1, rather than Walmart's 8-in-1.
4. Costco package has more/better accessories
Costco includes the 5-qt air-fry basket, sheet pan, broil rack, wire rack, removable crumb tray and recipe book.
But here's the interesting part about price
Walmart currently has the FO100 at $189.
Costco's FO101 page currently includes a $55 Costco Shop Card.
So if the Costco purchase price isn't dramatically higher than Walmart's, I'd absolutely buy the Costco FO101.
For example, if Costco is $229.99:
$229.99 − $55 Shop Card = effectively $174.99
My recommendation
Get the Costco FO101.
I'd choose the Walmart FO100 only if it's substantially cheaper — say, $50+ less — and you don't care about dehydration/reheat or the extra air-frying capacity.
Otherwise:
Costco FO101 > Walmart FO100
And there's one more thing worth considering: Costco's return/warranty situation can make the slightly higher upfront price worthwhile for a countertop appliance.
