If it helps, it looks like that was the only negative review left (so far) out of 119 buyer reviews in total for this particular listing (all the rest were positive). Click here [ebay.com] to see them all; or scroll down on the product page to the feedback section and look at the ones under the 'This item' column. There are free returns within 30 days as well, should anyone else encounter an issue (seller pays for return shipping).
I believe one possible reason for it having a Walmart receipt attached is because VIP Outlet liquidates tons of new, overstock, returns, open box, damaged box items, etc. from Walmart. Often times, if you copy and paste the title from a VIP Outlet eBay listing, the text is exactly the same as that item appears on Walmart's online store.
On Walmart.com, VIP Outlet is even listed as 'Walmart'. Click on the seller's store page here [walmart.com], for example. Even though it says 'Walmart', the address is for VIP Outlet and if you scroll down, under Business name it says VIP Outlet. Similar to how Bullseye Deals [ebay.com] on eBay is a liquidator for Target.
