Based on a review on Amazon, the person did a test and determined that it is closer to 20,000mAh which makes much more sense. For $10, I decided to grab one.

The second review says it's closer to 20,000mAh but the first review suggests that it may actually approach 50,000mAh. S/he was able to charge 2 iPhones and 1 Samsung and still have 67% left. But they don't mention whether it was charged from empty, and if battery protection was on (which stops charging at 80-85%). Nor was the capacity specified but I assume that they're all 5000mAh.
