Seems scammy, they've continually pushed my order now to a month out from original order date.

Bought one of these on sale from Amazon the week before since they were sold out at Lowes and I tried out the trimmer this past Wed and it works ok. Just wished the trimming mechanism attributed to the blades would move faster in order to prevent branches from getting caught in the trimmer so often.

That's my problem with it too. It catches and jams on 1/4 in branches. I keep a pair of pliers to pull them out so I don't take chances with my fingers.

Of course, but for $35, I consider that the least of my worries 😅. I was using my bare hands to rip out the branches that were caught up in my trimmer, but now I may have to consider using pliers instead 😂.

Got this last time. Worth the $35 if you already got any battery system and can get an adapter. It definitely feels pretty cheap, just get some chainsaw bar oil or machine oil for the blade, keep it lubed. Just know its limits on what it can do. Also the "Sheath" they say it comes with is basically trash, its like a contractor grade trash bag with a couple plastic button clips on the end.
