The prices might be little higher, but I'd recommend Amazon Renewed Premium versions that come with 365 day return/replacement. Make sure Amazon is the seller/shipper for a better experience.

Walmart lists $307.77 for a 256GB midnight unlocked iphone in 'like new' condition... And if you check the seller's return conditions, you can find one that allows returns in any walmart store as well.
