I bought the Switch 2 Console Bundle off the Nintendo Store via...
New Egg Deal
3x $150 = $450
+ $60 bonus
=$510
(13.33% discount)
Then I used gxc to cover the remaining tax, which was the second best option found via cardbear...
It didnt require photo ID and Selfie (That's enough to gain access to even M2A accounts).
$35.44 for $40 gcx Giftcards.

Long story short - yes you appear to be able to make unlimited orders spaced out within reason. I would try spacing your orders by at least 5 or 10 minutes if possible to avoid being flagged (which will likely still happen - try chatting the Alexa shopping thing to try get the transactions unflagged/reviewed…it might have been coincidence but about 10 minutes after i did that the 4 pending orders in limbo magically all approved/sent to me).
I was really disappointed that I couldn't let myself take that risk for a better deal. Its tempting.

I saw that deal as well, but it seemed like they were to be mailed to you... and I didn't think to make separate transactions. I probably would have went the new egg route and then grabbed the reminder from Amazon with this approach.
