We have the TS508WF, and it is extremely useful. Pricey at $250, but it has helped out with multiple cars.

It really sucks needing to re-program your car when you switch to snows, but that's where we are in vehicle owner DIY.

I like the tool, the only thing I want to point out is that Autel TPMS tools work compatible with OEM and Autel sensors only, no other 3rd party sensors. If you have plenty other brands programmable sensors, this won't work.

Is there some limited list of tools they take for trade in or can it be any TPMS tool? Even those cheap relearning tools count?

A bit risky if you have a high dollar tool to trade in. I am tempted to try it with a cheap GM TPMS relearn tool I got cor around $4.

Have the Autel MaxiTPMS TS401, but apparently is not eligible for trade-in.

Appears it has to be a competitors tool.
