Been watching YouTube videos on the Walmart's Ozark Trail M.2 Ridge Pro for like $600. This bike is better at $700. NX Eagle is a nice upgrade. Not sure about the Crest 34 fork but how bad could it be?

I have a 2021 (I think, whatever the last year of the shimano drive was) version of the fathom, and while I haven't done any serious off roading with it (flat Florida trails), I've been plenty happy with the crest. I think you will be too if you are considering an ozark trail bike (sr suntour air 120 fork).

Yeah, had Gemini give me a spec by spec comparison. Giant is better in every respect.

Except for the 27.5 wheels and that's a pretty big deal.

"Decent"? All of those are premium expensive brands.
