I can't get the 4x free pickballs offer to work

Edit: I messaged the seller and they said to message them upon delivery and they would refund the price of the balls.

This a good price for a decent paddle. It is much better than a cheap fiberglass paddle.

Yeah, once you added the $6coupon code in, it took off the $7.99 discount. Still this is a good deal compared to other stores.

How did you reach the seller directly? Whenever I try to ask a question I get immediatly directed to Amazon Fulfilment.

Update: the rackets are pretty good. I was skeptical about there being any difference with sub $40 fiberglass rackets vs carbon fiber, but after playing with this carbon fiber one, I do notice a big enough difference that I no longer wish to play with fiberglass ones. Hard to describe, but it has to do with how the ball bounces off the paddle seems more consistent with this racket. Also, the out coating of the racket face has good grip so I can more confidently hit and slice the ball without fear it'll slide off the racket, but instead will hit as I intended.

Mine was supposed come in today and when I opened the box, there was no paddle in there. They are just held shut by magnets, so someone can easily steal the paddle from the box without the slightest traces. No tamperproof tape or whatever....I will get a replacement soon and I wrote a nasty email to Warping Point about their boxes.

Ouch! Glad they're going to take care of you. I ordered two and they were thankfully in a box, separate from the balls. Was yours fulfilled by Amazon?

You got lucky, I had to call Amazon and make them put a note in that the manufacturers box should be checked first before being put into an Amazon box. It said "Shipped from Amazon, Sold by Intretech". The manufacturer emailed me back, saying that they forwarded the info to their development team in order to implement that suggestion (to use tamper-proof tape in addition to just the magnets).

I'm not surprised. They are so easily removed and the box itself is still somewhat heavy. So who knows at what point they were removed? It could've been way before that last person put the item box into the Amazon box.
