Could be a browser issue. I've gotten similar alerts on Lowe's website when using Chrome but it'll work just fine if I copy and paste the URL into another browser like Brave, Safari, Firefox. Did some research and I couldn't find a solution other than I've been hacked but I'm not so sure about that.

Link works for me. Anyways, I bought these last year. I'd say the only knock is that they can be a bit frustrating to use because of how the locking mechanism works. I'd probably prefer a push-button style, even if I had to spend a bit more.
