This container came with our blender and I find because of its wider base, it can be difficult to meet the minimum solid to liquid ratios. If not filled enough, the ingredients will get trapped on the edges and the blade spins. Considering buying the tall narrow container as a result

I was on the fence about buying this as a back up. Google AI said that for smaller quantities, the regular tall container is better. It has a 3" blade matched with a narrow base requiring 8 oz to blend properly. The short container has a 4" blade and because of its wide base requires at least 16 oz for it to blend properly. Also, the low profile also handles thicker batters or doughs better. Maybe this is all theoretical coming from AI but thought it was still useful. I'm still in for one! Thanks for posting the deal.
