FYI, I see 34.49 for the 4-pack. I'd much rather cycle batteries through a handful of lanterns than cycle lanterns - especially with mystery 18650s instead of Ryobi 4Ahs, standalone 18650s, or AA NiMHs - but power outages suck. Going to have to think on that before clicking the make-poor button.
