Glycine is a legit brand that makes solid watches. Good specs, very legible, good entry-level Swiss movement. I own a Combat Sub from them and love it. The only knock I could give was that the bracelet was just ok. A field watch like this would fit lots of straps, even at 22mm lug. It's a larger size, and doesn't have female end links, so it might not fit as well if you have a very small wrist.

Good price, just be aware that 42mm is pretty large for a field watch. I have several dive watches ranging from 42-44mm, but with a dive watch, a large section of the diameter is taken up by the bezel. On a field watch, it's all face. So it's going to appear larger than a similar-sized diver. Great for legibility, not so great for folks with smaller wrists or those who care about authenticity. Most WWII field watches, which these are designed after, ranged from 32-37mm - that's why the most popular field watches today are more modest sizes, like 38-40mm.

i am pretty sure this model uses an off-the-shelf Sellita SW200-1, but with a customized decorated rotor

They also have the 40mm size , I got mine from Jomashop for $404 after using a $25 coupon .

Per Glycine's website it is a Sellita SW200-1 movement and as the other posted commented it has some cosmetic modification (rotor is decorated).
