About 4 years after purchasing the rubberized Ray Ban Justin sunglasses, the rubberized surface became super sticky and gross. I tried wiping it away, even with isopropyl alcohol, but to no avail. They used to be my fave type of sunglasses, but I can't recommend them.

You're not supposed to use rubbing alcohol to clean them, as it can damage the glasses.

I did it after it after the coating had already started to disintegrate. Google it. It's a known issue.
