This 4 burner propane griddle stands out for even heat, solid cooking capacity, and easy cleanup. It has four rows of flame, holds steady across the surface, and can handle large batches like 7 pounds of chicken or 5 pounds of taco meat. Cleanup is described as simple, with little sticking even before seasoning. The main drawback is size and weight, since it feels closer to 50 pounds and is hard to move without a truck or RV. The 1 pound adapter also appears to be missing or disputed, so it suits cooks who can live with the bulk.
Common Questions (5)
It is portable only in a limited sense: the 4-burner unit is described as very heavy and large, and it can be hard to transport without a truck or RV. It is still lighter than a Blackstone for at least one buyer, but the 3- or 2-burner versions are the better fit if portability matters most.
The 4-burner model has four rows of flame and can be zoned with the burners, which helps control heat. One buyer also reported steady heat across the surface with only small differences, while a 3-burner version was described as uneven with hotter spots.
The unit may not include the 1 lb adapter even though some listing images suggested it did. A buyer used a 20 lb tank instead, and another reported receiving the griddle without the 1 lb adapter.
The listing appears to have product-page confusion: it describes a grill with non-stick grids, but the actual item is a griddle and one review video showed a different 2-burner grill with grids and a lid. The page also created confusion about whether a 1 lb adapter was included.
It has enough surface area for large batches, including about 7 lbs of chicken for fajitas or 5 lbs of taco meat at one time. That makes it practical for camp cooking or feeding a group.
