This 4 burner propane griddle stands out for even heat, solid cooking capacity, and easy cleanup. It has four rows of flame, holds steady across the surface, and can handle large batches like 7 pounds of chicken or 5 pounds of taco meat. Cleanup is described as simple, with little sticking even before seasoning. The main drawback is size and weight, since it feels closer to 50 pounds and is hard to move without a truck or RV. The 1 pound adapter also appears to be missing or disputed, so it suits cooks who can live with the bulk.
The griddle can fit large meal portions like 7 lbs of chicken and 5 lbs of taco meat for camp cooking.
The cooking surface can clean easily without sticking problems even without seasoning like a Blackstone.
The 4-burner design can support zone adjustments and steady heat across the surface area.
The gas setup can cook more evenly than electric griddles for outdoor fish cooking.
The 4-burner model can feel way too heavy and not portable for people without a truck or RV.
The actual weight can differ from the listing, with reports of it feeling closer to 50 lb instead of 39 lb.
The griddle may have listing confusion where "non-stick grids" are mentioned but grids are hard to find on the actual product.
The unit can arrive missing the 1 lb propane adapter that pictures suggest should be included.
