Woot gave these out for FREE this year. TWICE. They had them labeled as the AC750 router, not extender, and gave everyone a refund. The asking price was also only $9.99.

Before you buy these, you should be aware that these are only 100MBPS - the ethernet port is only 10/100 it is NOT 10/100/1000.

The RE7350 is currently $15.99. It has 10/100/1000

I have both but use just the RE7350 now since it was much faster.

(1000 is gigabit ethernet, and is much faster than just 100).

For modest needs (like a printer, or a streaming media device) these things are fine. Their specs are budge-range and you're getting what you pay for, but they don't flake out or stop working.

Have been using it for about two years. It's good for smart devices such as doorbell, security cameras, and water leak sensors, with coverage of about 1200 sq ft in my condo. Sometimes when I feel it glitches I unplug and replug it about once every 4-5 months then it come back to work normally. I'm satisfied with it for its price since it supports both 2.4G and 5G.

I have this. It works perfectly fine but the ethernet port being at the bottom rather than side is annoying. You'll likely need to make space on your power strip or lose an outlet at the wall because of this design.
