Your local store (we have Zion Market, H Mart, and 99 Ranch here in San Diego county...) should have bags of these in the refrigerated section...
Grab some gochujang, add whatever you want after the fact. I even cross-pollinate with other cultures...Sriracha? Check. Ethiopian Awaze? Check. Pearl River Bridge Mushroom Superior Dark? Check. I even make them not the way you're supposed to...Mapo / Mabo style? Check. Rice-A-Roni style? Check.
