It's like buying the RAM and NVME drive and getting the rest of the PC for free.

So a shit deal?
Not even a little. With RAM and SSD pricing the way it is, this is a very solid deal.

Plus, this is an excellent PC for a home media server that might need to do a bit of transcoding, especially since you can likely fit at least a couple 3.5" HDDs in it instead of having to do what I ended up doing, and it'd cost less (for my MS01 I had to add RAM and storage, which I luckily had on hand from before everything skyrocketed)...

Is the power consumption likely ok to build this out a nas? What about the internal drive bays available?

If you threw in a low profile 6GB 3050 or maybe an Arc (whatever) into this you'd almost have a Steam Machine for half the price. And the PSU, in theory, might be able handle it....it'll be close though.

You could probably part this out and make money as well on eBay (likely not worth the effort unless you planned to keep a component or two).

As long as you can run it in a low power mode/state

The mobo might lack inputs for multiple drives

Don't trust the condition claim that it's pristine.
The refurb laptop I got which was supposed to be pristine had noticeable marks on it and came with the wrong charger. It took a lot of back and forth to get them to just give me $30 back which is less than 10% of what I paid.

I just got it. Looks brand new. Still has the plastic protectors all over.
