I just want to say I went there years ago. This is the most beautiful, huge aquarium that I've ever seen in my life. If you can experience going there, you will not be let down

I'll add to the praise of this aquarium and that this is an amazing value. Went with wife, 7 year old son and my parents and stayed from open to later in the afternoon. We reserved the dolphin show in advance (free tickets) and also saw the sea lion show. Both were worth it and recommended. We did pay for the behind the scenes tour that my son could do (other things start at 8 years old). The whale sharks were terrific to see along with the belguas. It has a fun moving walkway too. My parents are in their 70s and there were enough places to sit down and elevators were easy for them to use to go between floors.

I was just in Atlanta for work last week and went to a Braves game, but skipped the aquarium and I kind of regret it. Probably would've pulled the trigger at $20 though 🥲 Just a week too early, bummer.

The Aquarium is just as everybody else is saying. WELL worth way more than $20 a ticket. Worth noting since it hasn't been mentioned yet is that the World of Coca-Cola is next door as well. It's a fun trip through the history of Coca-Cola, a 4D type theater, sampling Coke products from around the world and lots of interactive stuff. Regular pricing for their tickets is less than $30 each. A trip to visit both spots for less than $50 a person is a great day trip to ATL.
