actually it's in the ball park of what is a 'good price'

works out to $20.83 after WMT CASH

conversely, at Target the price is $26.49, buy 2 for $52.98, get a $15 Target Gift Card or $37.98 for two which works out a little cheaper if you want to spend $50+ on an order.

which would be $18.99 per or $2 less on each pack wyb 2.
