Scott is 12 rolls for $5.50 though they are small rolls, after $2 off 2 and bogo 50%, I am not saying its a better deal. I am just sharing the option.
But I might as well keep waiting because I have no separate spend $x on anything coupon and then they only have $10 off $50 online promo instead of 20% pff total.
Add the cheap coupon items you actually want into your cart.
Add an expensive item (like a $15+ razor or electric toothbrush) to intentionally push the cart total past the $10 minimum.
Proceed to the final checkout screen (where you see the "Place Order" button) but do not click it.
Open a brand-new browser tab, navigate back to your Walgreens cart, and delete the expensive item.
Return to the first checkout tab and immediately click "Place Order".
