I was looking through the Best Buy Q&A section for the various sizes and Hisense support gives conflicting info about brightness. In order of size, they've replied that the 50" is 600 nits, 55" 1000, 65" 1000, 75" 1200, 85" 600, and 100" 1000. You can see in their answers where someone asked a question about the non-Pro and they gave a response referencing the Pro model, so I'm inclined not to trust them. According to a couple sources, including FlatpanelsHD, the U6SF only does up to 600 nits peak brightness. I can tell you that I had the 55U6SF for a couple weeks and it only reported just over 600 nits in Windows. I returned it because I'm not a fan of FireTV, it's motion processing was poor, didn't think the brightness was that impressive, and it had a lackluster amount of dimming zones. I counted 144 with a zone test video, which seems to align with other data I've found which is either 144 or 160.
This non-pro model, which is a Best Buy exclusive, seems to be a step down for the U6 series. If you compare available specs, it has more in common with the E and QD series this year, while the Pro looks more like a true successor within the U6 lineup with more brightness and supposedly zones. When I bought the 55U6SF, it was $429, now it's $499. The 75" at $699 seems a bit high, so I would hold until more sales start to pop up this season, or try out the Pro version like you mentioned. I'm holding out for a TCL partly because I prefer a glossier coating.
Edit: I ADB'd into the TV while I had it, and looking back at the data, it suggests that the zone count is 16x8, which would be 128 zones. I'm inclined to say this is true versus my attempt to count them being off by one row. I also found that it has the MT5879 SoC, which is decidedly low/midrange for Hisense and may not be Pentonic level. The Pro advertises more AI features, and looking at it's infographics, it actually shows the Hi-View AI Engine, where the AI chip graphic for the non-pro is generic and matches the E7SF. This could all mean that it has a better SoC for processing, but without actually testing the Pro, and because of the way manufacturers are vague and misleading when advertising their TVs, this is of course speculation.
Antireflective coating is a different animal and straight up anti glare
