Is BE an American company or if any warranty claim is needed, I will have to deal with a Chinese warranty

Should we go off a handful of reviews VS the thousands sold by Costco this year and last year?

most bad reviews are from it being shipped and people not smart enough to return a DAMAGED unit. smh

Fair enough, but if you look at other gas pressure washers sold by Costco you see significantly better reviews. For example:

Considering the price though, some people may take the chance given Costco's excellent return policy. Based solely on the reviews, you have a greater than 50% chance of getting a brand new unit that works well.

Been solid for me. Probably have over 200 hours on it so far
