Transitioning from Back Squat and Deadlifts to belt squat, leg press, ham curls, and quad extensions, because of wanting to reduce back strain or injury.
This is very similar to the highly praised ATX leveraged weight plated loaded belt squat machine selling for $1300. Here is that machine so you can compare it to the Syedee:

Wish I had the room for this... sigh... resorting to landmine belt squat for now. I just need to create a DYI stand so that I can start the belt squat in an upright position. Anyone Have a solution for that need?

Some suggested using a J-hook instead of the weight plate holder, but my Mikolo F4 v2.02 does not have holes in the sides of the frame to place J-hooks. I could place the landmine on the left front post and then use a J-hook in the right front post. Then do the belt squats more on the side of the rack. Using J-hook would be less lateral moving to clear the longer weight-plate holder. May give that a try.
Someone on Youtube recommended instead of a landmine, use a hammock strap (they are $10 for a pair and have 1000lb weight capacity each; can be used like those costly Henny Straps too for other exercises) to hang the non-weighted end of the barbell at a higher height than a typically placed landmine. This significantly minimizes the arc of the weighted end because of not just the higher height of the non-weighted end, but also because it is free to move forward or backward as you do your belt squat which reduces the path more to a vertical path, much less of a restricted arc path.
All interesting ideas.
All much cheaper too!
