Most of these aren't amazing deals they are maybe 5% cheaper or no discount at all compared to normal. No woot deal here.

I won't be buying any of these games for these prices, but thumbs-up for the effort of organizing the list.

I would assume that's their way of saying the game has been returned and is used.

The strongest value here is in a handful of Switch and Switch 2 games and accessories that land near their lowest seen prices, especially Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom around $48 to $50, Mario Galaxy 1 and 2 at $42.40, Sonic Generations for $8, and the 8BitDo controllers and Nitro Deck. The 8BitDo N64 controller stands out for N64 emulation and closely matching the classic trident layout, while the Pro 3 includes a charging stand. Some listings disappear fast, and the extra code appears unreliable on at least one Switch title. Refurbished game listings also raise questions about whether they are simply used returns.

Common Questions (5)

  • Many of the listed items are only about 5% cheaper than normal, and some are reportedly no discount at all. A few specific items do stand out, such as Sonic Generations at $8 and Mario Galaxy 1 & 2 at $42.40 plus tax.

    Nikopikolilbruce32schlack

  • For a game, refurbished likely means it was returned and is now being resold as used. For cartridge-based games, that usually implies the cart has been handled before rather than being factory-new.

    slickRogerj652479

  • Yes, some titles can disappear within an hour or two, especially sought-after games like Star Wars Dark Forces and Final Fantasy IX. If you want a specific title, it helps to buy quickly once it appears in stock.

    Shad0WeNGuggs87

  • The code can appear to apply but still leave the final price unchanged on the Switch version of Sonic X Shadow Generations. That means it may not be valid for every item in the sale, so the cart total should be checked before buying.

    Voicetek

  • The thread raises the question but does not confirm compatibility or region restrictions for the international version. Check the listing details and your Switch 2 region support before ordering.

I bought the 8bitdo N64 controller the last time it was on sale. It's great for N64 emulation (either locally or on the Nintendo Switch Online store), however the controller is too oddly shaped to be of much value for any other platform. But I can say it's the closest I've seen to replicating the layout of the classic N64 "trident" controller without paying out the ass for one of Nintendo's limited-run N64 controllers.

Mario Galaxy 1 and 2 is maybe the cheapest I've seen at $42.40 plus tax and 5% back via Amazon card.

Picked up Switch 2, Zelda Tears of the Kingdom for $48. Great deal considering most everywhere else is $80 currently.

I keep missing stuff for Switch like Star Wars Dark Forces & Final Fantasy IX. They are immediately sold out every time within an hour or two, assuming they were available to begin with. Kind of frustrating.
I have a theory that they only put 1-3 copies so they can technically say they sold out. I don't see these products on Woot outside of sales.

The Retro Purple Nitro Deck is back on here for close to its lowest price from before when it was a Frontpage Deal: https://electronics.woot.com/offe...-switch-11

These usually go quick.

Is anyone else having issues getting the coupon to apply? I'm trying to check out with the 8BitDo Pro controller and Mario Galaxy. When I apply the coupon it does nothing. Not even en error. I've tried in the app and through the browser.

Last time they had 20% off they stopped it after about a day. I wonder if they already pulled it.

Just tried using the code on the Switch version of Sonic Generations. The code doesn't do anything. It acts like it applies, but there's no discount reflected if the final price. Not sure if the code is still valid or not.
