USB 2.0 speeds (480mbps), I doubt it would work with two devices connected but if it does it's only going to support the first thing plugged in.
Edit yep that's how it works: "Data transfer supports one-to-one transmission only. The first device connected can transfer data."

I posted this last time, speeds are really good for one device plugged in, but 2 wasn't perfect. I plugged in 2 60W laptops, and one would get 60W, the other would get closer to 20W. I tried with a few, out of curiosity. Still great cables.
