This is a good deal for a technically full suspension scooter. The front has short travel spring forks, and the rear has a short travel dual spring pivot. Neither is a "shock absorber" that will dampen/absorb bumps, they are both just springs which works fine to reduce the feeling of running over small bumps up to about 1" and make the ride considerably smoother than having a rigid scooter so this is definitely worth it for this price since most other scooter have no suspension/springs at this price point.
