Nice find, thanks OP! Couldn't get S&S to stack but coupon code worked great. I use these for an August/Yale smart lock. Sadly rechargeable versions seems to drain wicked fast.

The CR123a is the size. I have a couple older flashlights that use these in pairs or a single 18650 (supposedly - though may need a spacer). I haven't seen them used as much as they used to be - at least in flashlights. Other use cases probably still use them.

They finally came out with rechargables in this size, I switched to them and never looked back. Before that I used a ton of them for my electronic locks. This is a decent price but rechargables are the way to go in the long run.

Security cameras, flashes, wireless doorbells of certain brands, wireless monitors, kids electronics, and a myriad of other random wireless electronics that should use rechargeable batteries but don't because they are too cheap to install a 50 cent charging port and charging circuit in their device.

16340s are NOT a total solution. They'll work for most but not all applications.

16340s (Li-Ion rechargeables in identical size) are 3.7 volts, whereas these are 3.0 volts. Most devices have no problem with this, but some have a big problem, especially when it's two of them - 7.4 volts vs. 6.0 volts.

Just ordered them, less than $5 with coupon and tax. Hi Watt is a recognized brand in Asia. I remember Hi Watt alkalines coming with toys when I was a kid (1980s).
