It's easy - but its annoying - the most time consuming aspect of it is the "protective barrier" applied to both sides of each metal panel to prevent scratches during shipping; It is the thinnest plastic known to man, and you'll need to remove it from each panel. It doesn't come off cleanly - better quality plastics, you pull from one side, and it comes off in one big sheet - not this, you'll pull gently, and it will tear after 2 inches, start again, same thing. It will take you hours just to remove the plastic. Then you can start building.

I paid $138 (included taxes). You'll need two people to install. If not, you're bending something. Also, the lock latch can easily be pryed off with a flathead screwdriver.

6" snow load, not gonna work me in CT. Proceed with caution if you get snow. Use a pressure washer or compressed air under the protective plastic to remove it. Sometimes wrapping it around a wood dowel helps if you have neither.
