This Tasty Bite Mexican Protein Bowl is being discussed as a convenient shelf stable meal, but the strongest takeaway is that the protein label looks misleading. The posted nutrition that surfaced shows 360 calories, 12 grams of protein, 61 grams of carbs, and 520 milligrams of sodium, which makes it read more like a carb bowl than a true protein bowl. The listing also lacked a visible nutrition label, adding to the skepticism. A separate app score of 90 out of 100 and a lower Subscribe and Save total kept some interest alive, making it a niche pick if the macros fit your goals.
Common Questions (4)
The bowl is listed at 360 calories with 61g carbs, 12g protein, and 520mg sodium. That makes it much higher in carbs than the "protein bowl" name suggests.
The listing does not show a nutritional label, which makes the macros hard to verify before buying. The missing label is a practical drawback if you want to check protein, carbs, or sodium first.
It is described as better than Ben's "Street Food" bowls, though still not especially impressive overall. That makes it a possible convenience option rather than a standout meal.
The order total can drop to $21.05 after Subscribe & Save and a $5 Prime Access Grocery Credit. You may need to add 2 items to the cart to see whether the credit applies.
