- when on active listening mode to hear surrounding environment, the mic to do so is at the bottom of the headphones. So if your wearing a thicker jacket or something brushes up against the bottom of the headphone, it's a loud noise in your ears.
-it's definitely not the most comfortable headphone over long periods. It feels like it's just tight on your head. The Sony XM5s are much more comfortable but don't sound nearly as good as this.
