Probably, yes, most good deals are 20 inch. Self propelled to me is a negative eats up batteries and frankly you just don't need it. Self propelled would be useful if you have a very large straight yard. We have a small city yard with lots of ends and outs and self propelled just gets in the way makes the lawn more heavier, difficult to maneuver, YMMV.
This company makes Lowe's Kobalt, we have it in a 20 inch, great lawnmower, usually cheaper. Greenwood adds more luxurious options, turbo buttons, handles pull out to lengthening or shorten, lights, etc.
Kobalt less things to break, not use.
Just keep your batteries out of hot garages buy a cooler and store them in that, heat is what destroys them.
Let them cool off before recharging.
