We have a small bunkhouse camper. I wonder if these are more comfortable than the bunk mats that came with the camper.

Every time I go camping I lay awake in my tent reminding myself that I have a job so I don't have to sleep outside

I strapped this to my backpack when I hiked the Appalachian Trail. It took me 7 months total and this baby gave me the best sleep every night. The only thing I didn't like about it was how uncomfortable it was, how heavy it was, how big it was, how bad it smelt, and how bad it looked. Other than those things it was perfect!

I have been on the fence about this one, seems like it makes a cot or vehicle cargo area much more comfy than a basic Thermarest. If you're car camping and space/weight isn't an issue, why not?

Our community has rated this post as helpful. If you agree, why not thank

I have one of these. It was at least $70 for the cot size. I really like it. It's very comfortable on anything but hard ground, since you slowly sink until you hit bottom. But I like the support and quality. The cover is very soft. The only thing I don't like is that it is very bulky when rolled up and harder to store.

I have one like this, It's definitely not something you'd want to strap on your back and carry with you, but I've used it on the floor inside a camper and in the back of an SUV and it provides a comfortable sleep. It's a huge improvement over waking up in the middle of the night on a deflated air mattress.

I don't have a lot of storage space in my house and am in need of something relatively compact that I can pull out to sleep on the nursery floor when my baby is sick. Air mattresses are to squeaky and take to much time to set up. Anyone have any real experience with using this for a situation like that?

Still waiting for my order placed on 08/11 and supposed to be delivered on 08/13. Amazon has kept pushing the delivery date everyday since then.

Arrival Estimate Sept 16 to Oct 6. Good deal but not waiting that long and a good chance could be cancelled
